Before We Say I Do is designed to empower couples to prepare for a healthy marriage. Together, you will learn skills and explore real life issues that married couples face. This customized program utilizes a combination of research based techniques, coaching, and psycho-education. It is best for couples who are:
Emphasis will be placed on various issues based on assessment results. Over the course of 8-10 sessions you will meet to explore various topics to include: communication, conflict resolution, family history/childhood, finances, attachment style, building intimacy, and marital expectations. This is not a group class; you will meet privately as a couple with your provider allowing topics to be tailored to your needs and explored in depth.
Since this program is not treatment for mental health related issues it is not covered by insurance benefits. HSA/FSA cards may be used for payments. Services start at $140 per session.
This program is available to couples in any state within the US. Couples who complete this program in the state of TX are eligible to receive a certificate that reduces the marriage license fee and waives the 72 hour waiting period in the state of TX. You can learn more at Twogether in Texas.

Relationship Restoration is a comprehensive program designed to help couples who are committed to one another but want to deepen their connection or have particular challenges they want to work through. This customized program utilizes a combination of research based techniques, interactive exercises, and psycho-education. It is best for couples who are married or in committed relationship.

A thorough assessment is done to create a “road map” to your restoration. Sessions are 90-75 minutes in length to allow more time for intensive work.
